How Prodec Helped Introbiz
Introbiz were in need of an experienced technology partner to manage the migration of an old Microsoft 2010 exchange cluster licence to Microsoft Office 365. As a high profile networking and events company, it was important for Introbiz employees to be able to work remotely and have secure access to emails whilst on the move and setting up events.
Prodec’s skilled team of Microsoft specialists put forward a range of services to help Introbiz achieve what they need. The Microsoft 2010 exchange cluster licence was upgraded to Microsoft Office 365, enabling 100GB of mailbox storage and the ability to send messages up to 150MB in size. Introbiz also gained the benefit of In-Place Archiving, a premium Office 365 feature which provides users with unlimited storage.
Security is a constant priority for Introbiz, so it was important that they also had a solution that would ensure sensitive information, such as financial data or personally identifiable information, was always protected. The data loss prevention (DLP) policy in Office 365 means Introbiz now has greater levels of visibility, control and protection over its sensitive data. The DLP policy can search by locations or even individual users so it is easier to trace and identify documents with sensitive data. It is also possible to prevent sensitive information from being shared by accident, helping Introbiz employees to remain compliant without disrupting their workflow.
