This week’s collaboration is with the incredible people at Letter2Mail. They work to ensure there is a constant, clear, stream of communication between you and your team. With teams working remotely, if your organisation is experiencing issues with sending out letters and invoices through the post.

What is hybrid ‘Letter2Mail’?
Hybrid Letter2Mail is the ability to send letters through the post just by clicking your mouse on your laptop or desk top computer. Using the Letter2Mail print driver that is downloaded onto your device, letters, invoices, marketing letters can be set up in word as you would normally do, but instead of printing to your printer you would print to Letter2Mail’s – we receive your letters – Letter2Mail prints, enclose into a C5 window envelope and mail out using RM 2nd class (1st class postage is available at an extra cost).

An internet connection and your documents.
What does it cost?
Prices are made simple – For a single sheet of A4 printed one side in black, mailed out 2nd class you will pay just 50p + VAT. For an A4 letter printed 4 colour process one side, mailed out 2nd class the cost would be £55p +VAT.
How secure is the Letter2Mail site?
The system is very secure. Documents are printed and enclosed in an APACS approved ISO27001 security print factory over an AES 256bit end to end encryption.
What paper and envelopes are used?
All items are printed on high quality 90 gsm bond paper and enclosed into white envelopes with a printed PPi
Do I need to sign a contract?
No, there is no need for you to sign a contract. When you sign up to use the service an account will be set up for you and will include the supply of login and password details. You will be invoiced at the end of the month for the service and payment is strictly net 7 days from date of invoice. If the account is not paid in full, then we reserve the right to place the service on hold and you will not be able to process any mailings.
