Who are Fintech Wales?
Founded in 2019 as a not-for-profit, the association is a global voice for Welsh-based FinTech and Financial Services aimed at making Welsh FinTech a pillar of the global economy.
Passionate about helping FinTech businesses start, scale, transition, and flourish, FinTech Wales promotes Wales as the go-to destination for FinTech businesses – nurturing those businesses already in Wales and developing the ecosystem to help FinTech companies start up or scale up, regardless of company age or size.
FinTech Wales brings together entrepreneurs, small, medium, and large enterprises, tech suppliers, universities, higher education institutions, schools, and the public sector. And indeed anyone who plays a part in enabling or supporting this sector.
FinTech Wales not only works with education providers to develop skills in Wales and promote the opportunities and benefits of working in Wales to help grow and retain talent, but they also provide access to funding and help make your business investor ready.
