The Educ8 Group launched their LEAD21 courses at a glamourous launch event at The Coal Exchange Hotel, Cardiff Bay this month. The event was a great success and provided clients the opportunity to gain a full understanding of Educ8’s full portfolio of services. Educ8’s LEAD21 courses offer clients the opportunity to develop their management and leadership skills in an environment which responds to the 21st century working world and recognises the need for coaching in the workplace.
Educ8 are working closely with the awarding body recognised for high quality leadership training, ILM, to accredit the courses which will soon become ILM Award’s both Level 3 and 5 in Leadership and Management.
Educ8 also offer a premium service to clients looking to engage in bespoke leadership and management training. By meeting your in-house learning and development team, we conduct a Client Needs Analysis which highlights areas of development within across your teams from aspiring managers to current and experienced strategic business leaders.
It doesn’t stop there; are you currently looking to increase sales in your business and make strategic business connections? Educ8 offer businesses social media training on a variety of platforms such as Linked In, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
Aside from Educ8’s commercial offering, the Educ8 Group have a large and extremely varied Apprenticeship portfolio funded by the Welsh Government which provides support to new and existing employees in Health and Social Care, Child Care, Play Work, Engineering, Advice and Guidance and Management and much more!
For clients who are recruiting, Educ8 also offer recruitment support in the form of Jobs Growth Wales to employers small, medium and large. Jobs Growth Wales is a Welsh Government initiative which tackles youth unemployment and provides young people a 6 month trial with an employer who are offering a genuine job opportunity. Employers receive 50% of the young person’s salary reimbursed over the 6 months period (based on NMW). Should the young person be successful at the end of the 6 months trial Educ8 also offer a fully funded Apprenticeship to develop your new member of staff further.
