I think it is safe to say everyone has had enough of GDPR. But, do not bury your head under the sand because you think there is a lot of work to do, you now need to put what you have learned into place in the easiest way possible.

We have designed 2 packages to ensure your GDPR journey runs smoothly.

TIER 1 –  Includes both a privacy notice and policy and the wording for obtaining consent. There is also a data breach plan and an audit/risk assessment of the current data you hold.

TIER 2 – Includes all of the above plus in house training material, briefing notes to senior managers and directors, a drafted correspondence to staff with their obligations on the new rules. A records management policy for their staff handbook and a records retention schedule and a standard data access request.
