Marianne’s talk on Customer Care as a Profit Source in the value packed one hour session will enhance the 8:30 to 9:30 Networking session!
About this Event
Our New Style network online meetings are now only one hour long. from 8.30 am-9.30 am on Wednesdays. We know how many people particularly now are busy and find it difficult to spend 2 hours at a time online networking. So we have come up with the ideal solution for everyone.
The timetable is now:
8 am door open – So any early birds who want to chat and meet up before the event starts are welcome to join in early. Great chance for the serious networkers to get some early networking. You will be able to go into breakout rooms for focused networking.
8.30 am Meeting Starts Promptly with networking introductions.
9.00 am Guest Speaker / Members highlight Spot /networking. Member Spotlights are 15 minutes.
9.30 am Meeting closes
9.30 am-10 am Doors stay open for any one who wants to stay on and continue to Network
ABOUT MARIANNE IN HER OWN WORDS
I am a Serial Entrepreneur with a degree in Enterprise from the University of Glamorgan and I have a passion for improving and developing businesses. I have extensive experience of working with Enterprise Agencies advising both start-ups and high growth companies. I have also set up four successful businesses of my own in varying sectors including Social Enterprise.
I have many years’ experience at board level in the private sector mainly in my role as Marketing/Sales Director for UK companies. I started my career in operational sales and worked for several blue chip companies such as Trebor Sharps and Windsmor Fashions before taking my first role as Sales/Marketing director for Consumer Concern UK.
In my current role as a self-employed Customer Experience Management Consultant focused mainly on the Tourism sector, I have worked closely with many independent tourism operators assisting them in their growth via Service Excellence. I have also worked with several blue chip companies and a Fortune 500 company with a £9 million turnover who have a base here in Wales. I have advised and supported clients with their operational and strategic direction, always seeking a positive outcome for all stakeholders.
I hold a Department of Employment award for profit source solutions and to stay ahead of the business community and developments in the marketplace I have always been and still am an active member of business support organisations.
