We’re delighted to be welcoming BBC presenter Owain Gwynedd, and Cardiff Devils CEO, Todd Kelman to open the show with a LIVE Q&A over breakfast.

Todd Kelman and four friends from Calgary, Canada took over the Cardiff Devils in June 2014 when the team was at its lowest point of their 35 year existence. Since then the Devils have become the most successful team in the UK Elite Ice Hockey League, winning 10 Major Titles in 7 seasons including the last 3 Playoff Championships.  When asked what their key to success has been, his answer is one word – “Culture.”
