Hi, I’m Tracey and I am the founder and managing director of Introbiz. I launched the business back in 2009 after discovering my passion for networking and connecting businesses with each other.

My best networking tip: Be yourself, relax and enjoy yourself because people buy people that they know, like and trust
My life motto(s): Work hard, play harder, surround yourself with positive people, treat people how you’d like to be treated, be kind, and give help and support first.
I’m Paul and I’m the Managing and Operations Director for Introbiz. After meeting my wife, Tracey, she persuaded me to join the business, having worked in retail for a number of years. I love the planning and organising that goes into running events but I also enjoy meeting all sorts of people and businesses.
I’m happiest when: All of the family’s together
When I was younger, I wanted to be: A professional footballer and snooker player

Emma DaviesEditor and Content Manager
Hi, I’m Emma and I work as an Editor and Content Manager at Introbiz. I’ve been working here for five years and every day offers something completely different. I love what I do, writing content for our members and audience and producing our annual magazine is the highlight for me.
I’m happiest when: I’m out walking with my son, husband and dog.
When I was younger, I wanted to be: A presenter.

Carly MorganBusiness Development Executive
Hi! I’m Carly and work as a Business Development Executive. I love meeting new people and helping them to connect with other businesses. I speak to our members every week, assisting them with anything they need and to encourage them to make the most out of what we offer, as a business network.

My best networking tip: I ran away from my first networking event because I was scared to say something stupid. Later on I fought the fear and met amazing people. So don't be afraid to talk about your passions, because you never know who will give you a hand!
My life motto(s): My grandma used to tell me that if things are not okay when you think it's the end, then it's not the end. It was a relationship advice, but I think it works for everything.
