Tŷ Hafan gives comfort, care and support to children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families. They rely heavily on public support to raise the £4.3 million needed each year to provide a wide range of free services at the hospice, in communities and in families’ homes so they can make the most of the time they have left together, building precious memories. Their dedicated team is there for families as long as they need, making sure a short life is a full life.
Ty Hafan has collaborated with Wild in Art to launch Snowdogs: Tails in Wales, inspired by the themes of loss and friendship within the 2012 Christmas film The Snowman And The Snowdog. You may already be aware of the movement as from the 16th September, 43 Snowdogs have been roaming across the Vale of Glamorgan as a public art trail. The purpose of this movement is to raise funds for children with life-shortening conditions and inspire people to live life to the fullest, create fun and memorable moments as you search for the Snowdogs along the trail.
It’s brilliant fun for the family and great way to create precious memories and most importantly support a fantastic cause. To get involved, simply visit the website and download their app to view the Snowdog Trail Map for just 99p (Net Proceeds will go to Ty Hafan).
All funds to Ty Hafan and Snowdogs are greatly appreciated! If you’d like to get in touch with Ty Hafan or Snowdogs for more information, please contact Natalie Whyatt at email@example.com or 029 2053 2199.
