Later on in the day at 1pm, Introbiz will be hosting an afternoon tea where you can devour an abundance of exquisite treats and refreshments.

Throughout the event, there will be seminars, conferences and workshops from leading professionals, where you’re guaranteed to walk away with valuable business insight, advice and tips. Tracey Smolinski

 

Tracey Smolinski is the founder and managing director of Wales’ leading independent business network, Introbiz. Today, the network boasts over 300 members from a wide range of industries and sectors, while hosting 60 networking events a year in various locations throughout South Wales and host events internationally. As a leading businesswoman, Tracey offers free training sessions for the members whilst also training in schools on behalf of the Welsh Government and is a proud Big Ideas Role Model. Her talks are extremely powerful and compelling as she leaves the audience feeling completely energized and ready to take on the world!

 

Cheryl Bass

 

Cheryl Bass is founder and director of I AM Woman and a published author. Cheryl is extremely committed to encourage and support women in Business (whether they are starting out or CEO of their own business). With over 20 years of experience, Cheryl Bass’ company I AM WOMAN has gone from strength to strength. I AM WOMAN is set to expand nationally and internationally over the next two years, however currently have business clubs in Cardiff, Monmouthshire, Bristol and Gloucestershire.

 

Margaret Carter

 

Margaret Carter deems herself ‘Chief Excitement Officer’ at Patchwork Traditional Food Company which is based in Ruthin. The company specialises in producing handmade artisan pate. Over the past 30 years, Margaret has encouraged and supported a mass amount of young professionals who are hopeful of starting out in their desired career. She is passionate about mentoring young people and is an active member of the Prince’s Trust and the Welsh Government’s Dynamo role model scheme and I AM WOMAN.

Joy Ogeh-hutfield is a life coach in business and founder of ‘Joy Transformation’. Joy works with business individuals, businesses to enhance and create a winning mindset. Joy has over 20 years business experience as she has worked with clients in all areas of the field. She is passionate about empowering individuals in order for them to have a positive mindset and in turn create fantastic results in their business and careers.

Lisa Marie Brown

 

Lisa Marie Brown is founder and managing director of Pinkspiration. Lisa is passionate about inspiring and supporting young people and transforming communities. Founded in 2011 and has since regenerated over 380,000 empty spaces across the UK. In her 11 years in the business, Lisa has been awarded by UnLtd as a Social Entrepreneur and Welsh Government Role Model and is currently an ambassador for Start Up Britain.

 

Lyndsay Morgan

 

A driven, innovate and headstrong woman in business, Lyndsay Morgan is the Head of Operations for one of the UK’s fastest growing digital marketing agencies, Climb Online.

From developing operational excellence and leading the strategy for business growth, to supporting the development of the agency’s some 40 employees; Lyndsay is a strong advocate for equality in the workplace, having created a dedicated ‘Women in Digital’ programme, which specifically supports the growth of Climb Online’s female staff members.

As the right-hand woman to Managing Director, Mark Wright, Lyndsay has been instrumental in the growth of Climb Online since inception, supporting its acceleration from a start-up into a multi-million-pound turnover empire, spanning four office locations across London, Bristol, Manchester and Essex.
