This week’s feature tuesday is about one of our newest members, Starrd Solutions. Starrd Solutions is owned and managed by Paul Binning, an experienced strategic and commercial marketing professional with 15 years of experience in senior roles at The Royal Mint.
Having managed the entire London 2012 Olympics Medals and Coin Programme – which generated £100m in sales revenue over four years, during his time at The Royal Mint and more recently being responsible for the Communications plan for the introduction of the new £1 coin, Paul specialises in helping companies with strategic support.
Specific areas of focus include Strategy Development, Commercial project management, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Touchpoint process improvements, lean process improvement (value stream mapping), new product launches, Internal and external communications as well as being able to step into an interim Leadership role on a freelance or contract basis.
